After training in industrial design, I moved to motion graphics through computer aided design and graphic design for print.

When an illustration agency, for whom I was working as an image retoucher, decided to branch out into post production, I oversaw the set up of the business and the purchase of a Quantel Editbox. The business was so successful that we purchased a further Editbox and a Quantel Henry, which I used in my role as senior editor to create commercials, animatics, corporates, TV idents and pop promos.

Seeing the potential of After Effects and Final Cut Pro, I helped shift the company towards Apple Mac based systems, which eventually took over from the Quantel equipment.

I have continued editing and creating motion graphics in full-time and freelance roles up to the present day.

I have in-depth knowledge of After Effects (I was using this software back in the days when it was CoSA After Effects!), Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, DVD Studio Pro and Adobe InDesign. I have also completed a few smaller 3D projects using Maya and Cinema 4D.
